Project Assistant

Job Description Project Assistant Exciting entry-level position with room for growth as a Project Assistant at One Source Associates, a lighting and electrical construction agency that represents the lighting industry's finest manufacturers. Responsibilities: Actively monitor incoming Outlook inboxes and distribute them to the appropriate staff member Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals or department Review drawings, lighting schedules, and specifications Read, understand, and gather cut sheets and specifications for project submittals Prepare submittals that are accurate and timely Assist with special projects and reports as needed Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Mailing and receiving packages Set up for meetings and other events held in the office Inventory and order office supplies General office maintenance Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Attention to detail and follow-through Willing and able to multi-task Must be professional, courteous, and prompt #J-18808-Ljbffr One Source Associates, Inc.
