Utilities System Operator

Performs a range of manual, skilled, and technical work supporting the maintenance, construction, and repair of utility systems, including water, reuse, stormwater, and wastewater infrastructure. This position is structured to accommodate varying levels of experience. Responsibilities may range from routine, task-based support to advanced, skilled work involving equipment operation, coordination of activities, and leadership of work crews. Work is primarily performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and may involve physically demanding activities.
