You'll build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of account executives responsible for landing and expanding complex enterprise deals — directly driving the new-business revenue that funds Litera's product innovation and market expansion. This is a high-visibility leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, coaching, and execution, and who wants measurable impact on how the legal industry adopts transformative technology.What You'll DeliverDrive regional new-business revenue targets, ensuring consistent quota attainment across all territoriesElevate team performance through hands-on coaching, deal strategy, and structured development that moves reps from good to greatBuild and maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts that leadership can rely on for investment decisionsPartner cross-functionally with Sales Development, Revenue Operations, Client Services, Product, and Marketing to remove friction and accelerate deal velocityRecruit, hire, and retain top sales talent to keep every territory staffed with high-performing account executivesIdentify and scale repeatable sales motions that shorten cycles and increase average deal size across the corporate segmentWe're committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we're here to support you.What You'll BringMust-Haves:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of B2B sales experience selling complex solutions into large enterprise accounts using a consultative, strategic approachProven sales management experience leading quota-carrying teamsDemonstrated ability to influence and mobilize cross-functional resources (pre-sales, post-sales, product, engineering, marketing) without direct authoritySelf-motivated operator comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsNice-to-Haves:MBA or JDExperience selling into the legal technology or legal services marketInside sales team management experienceWe know great candidates don't always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
