Northrop GrummanCorporate Office is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director supporting the Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) and our Strategy & Technology (S&T) Office. This position preferred to be located in Falls Church, VA , but must be located near an existing major Northrop Grumman facility within the continental United States. This is not a remote position. The HR Director serves as a strategic business partner providing day-to-daysupport to the CO Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and other corporate leaders in accomplishment of business objectives. The primary function of the role is to be a strategic partner and consultant to the business toensure we havea human capital strategy in placeto attract, engage, develop and retain the talent necessaryto meet thestrategicgoals of the businessfor today and for the future. The selected candidate will lead a team of HR business partners responsible for executing the HR strategy and will lead human capital programs and core processesincluding but not limited totalent acquisition, talent assessment and development, performance management, employee relation, total rewards, succession planning and talent pipeline development, organization effectiveness andleadershipdevelopment. The person in this role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformative projects and initiative requiring strategic thought leadership, organizational and project management skills in a high paced environment, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels,strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.Successful candidates will have a strategic mindset, tolerance of ambiguity and strength in building relationships and driving business outcomes. This role interfaces heavily in work around our AI & technology roadmaps so the preferred candidate will welcome the opportunity to learn about and think critically on these topics. Candidate mustdemonstrate executive level communication skills, ability tocollaborate with senior executive leaders, ability to leverage data and analytics to drive business outcomes and a results-oriented focus aligned to our business goals, leadership behaviors, and values. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
