What You'll Do

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and service requests
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
• Research issues, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns
• Escalate complex situations when necessary
• Document interactions and updates within company systems
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
• Maintain detailed and accurate records while handling confidential information

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service, call center, administrative support, or other client-facing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, benefits administration, or other regulated industries is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday through Friday
• Standard business hours
• Hybrid work environment after training

Compensation & Employment Type

• $24.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule
• Long-term temporary assignment
