Account Executive
Trenkle Agency | Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time
Trenkle Agency is seeking Account Executives to manage prospective client relationships from the initial conversation through the life insurance application process. This insurance sales opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a pipeline, and working toward personal goals.
What You’ll Do
- Contact interested prospects and schedule virtual appointments.
- Manage your sales pipeline and track follow-up activities.
- Identify each client’s coverage needs and budget.
- Present life insurance options and answer questions.
- Guide clients through applications and next steps.
- Participate in training to improve your sales and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Organization and effective time management.
- A goal-oriented mindset and consistent follow-through.
- The ability to work independently and apply coaching.
- A current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one before selling.
- U.S.-based applicants.

Compensation & Expenses
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. There is no base salary or hourly pay, and earnings are not guaranteed. Agents are responsible for licensing expenses and any leads they choose to purchase.
