Job Description On behalf of our client, an AI-powered growth platform for social commerce About the company Our client helps e-commerce and DTC brands win on TikTok Shop, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels through an AI-powered growth platform. Their platform combines AI-driven influencer discovery, outreach, and campaign management with hands-on agency execution — plus their own academy that trains sellers on TikTok Shop growth. They already work with 10,000+ brands and have crossed $30M in ARR — this isn't an early, unproven idea, it's a platform with real traction in one of the fastest-moving corners of e-commerce. About the role This is the company's first-ever sales hire — a full-cycle Account Executive role covering outbound prospecting, demos, and closing, with the opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up. Why this is a rare opportunity: You're not inheriting a broken process — you're building the sales function from scratch, your way Direct line to the CEO, no layers of management between you and the decision-maker Real ownership: what you build here becomes the sales playbook for everyone who comes after you You're selling into one of the hottest spaces in e-commerce right now, at a company that's already proven the product works at scale What you'll do Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing Sell marketing/influencer marketing solutions to businesses ranging from SMBs to enterprise, depending on your book of business and strengths Build and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, trade shows, and purchased lead lists Work directly with the CEO and cross-functionally with product and design; hand off closed deals to the account management team for execution Help shape sales process, scripts, and playbooks — this is a build-from-scratch environment What we're looking for Proven experience selling marketing solutions (influencer marketing, advertising, or adjacent) — MarTech/marketing-focused SaaS sales experience also considered A track record of closing deals, ideally with an existing book of business you can bring with you Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and cold outreach Hungry, resilient, self-driven — someone who chases deals and figures out how to get to yes Based in the US, available 8am–5pm in your local time zone (Eastern or Pacific) Compensation Base: $70K–$150K (depending on experience) OTE: commission up to 20% of booked revenue Remote / Full-time
