Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in human services field along with knowledge of regulatory standards
- Five years' experience with the developmentally disabled
- Knowledge of practices and techniques of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of community and supporting agencies to include supports coordination units
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, all relevant departments, associates and other agency personnel.
- Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of subordinate staff
- Ability to exercise independent judgement wherein procedures cannot be standardized
- Ability to keep and maintain organized records
- Ability to delegate authority and train personnel
