Compensation rate: $71,323-$83,824 per year DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a Social Services Director to join our team at our program in Warminster, PA

The Director (SSD) provides direct supervision to the Eastern Region Social Services. This employee is responsible for the development and administration of policies and procedures regarding the creation, monitoring and ongoing revision of the individuals' total IPP. The SSD is knowledgeable of the ICF/IDD, 6400, Older Adult, Adult Day Training regulations.

The SSD is responsible for monitoring that comprehensive and ongoing training for all QIDPs occur. The SSD is responsible for monitoring that Department of Health, Adult Day Training, Older Adult, and Social Service deficiencies and recommendations are addressed and corrected as determined by the Plan of Correction. This employee Reports to the Regional Executive Director

Must Have:

• Knowledge of practices and techniques of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of community and supporting agencies to include supports coordination units
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, all relevant departments, associates and other agency personnel.
• Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of subordinate staff
• Ability to exercise independent judgement wherein procedures cannot be standardized
• Ability to keep and maintain organized records
• Ability to delegate authority and train personnel
