RN Supervisor OpportunityBrookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a premier long-term care facility in Abington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join our team.At Brookside, you have an opportunity to join a supportive team and work in a friendly environment!Shift Type: Every other weekend 7 am - 7 pm & 7 pm - 7 amBenefits:PTOGreat work environment4,000 Sign-On Bonus Available RN SupervisorAs an RN Supervisor, the expectations would be:Completion of nursing assessments, transfers, discharges, treatment plans, progress notes, medication reconciliation, medication administration, and vitals.Conveys accurate information in a supportive and courteous manner to the unit nursing staffSeeks out supervision and direction from a physician.Assist the medical doctor as neededAttend and actively participate in departmental staff meetings.Maintain confidentiality and proper boundaries.Orientation of new employees to unit-specific policies and proceduresMust have knowledge of HIPAA laws, confidentiality, state licensing regulations, CPR, AED, and First Aid.Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staffSupport to the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assignedDirect patient care when necessary and/or assignedRN Supervisor Qualifications:Licensed as a Registered Nurse RN by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.CPR CertificationExperience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.Must possess a compassionate and caring demeanorWe look forward to reviewing your resume for the RN Supervisor position!
