Chief Financial Officer

Roessel Joy has partnered with an established construction company on a CFO position. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the construction industry, experience working in a multi-state environment, and experience working well cross functionally.

Responsibilities:
- Operate as a hands-on accounting/finance leader.
- Own the month-end-close process.
- Own the budgeting & forecasting activities.
- Manage the banking relationships.
- Support system/technologies improvements.
- Oversee accounting team members.
- Prepare financials for board review.
- Support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong staff management experience.
- Construction industry experience. xhyhwjd
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well cross-functionally.
