Key Qualifications:

• Certification as a CVOR Technologist or Surgical Technologist with cardiovascular experience
• In-depth knowledge of CVOR procedures, instrumentation, and sterile techniques
• Recent experience working as a CVOR Tech in a hospital or surgical center
• Ability to anticipate the needs of surgeons and deliver timely, effective support during cardiac and vascular procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and support high-stakes cases

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for complex cardiovascular operations
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring a safe, sterile environment at all times
• Manage and verify instrument counts before, during, and after procedures
