Title: Test Automation Engineer
Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range: $40 - $43/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Job Description:
- Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standards.
- Implement scalable test automation frameworks using Python, BDD Framework, Selenium, and Playwright .
- Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance in accordance with STLC .
- Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Perform API testing (REST & SOAP) using Postman and PyTest .
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines .
- Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing .
- Mentor QA Leads and Test Engineers on automation best practices.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Business teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Drive overall software quality and QA architecture initiatives.
