The ideal candidate will possess a clear speaking voice, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This is an in-office only position—remote work is not permitted. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers via phone, email and forward company training materials and training events Track and confirm customers receipt of information and or attendance Professional and comfortable with speaking on the phone.
