Houston, TX | Full-Time | Litigation & Trial Support A well-established Texas-based law firm located in the Houston area is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal with significant litigation and trial experience to join its team. The firm handles a wide range of complex litigation matters and is known for its collaborative work environment, competitive benefits package, and paid parking. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of litigation support from case inception through trial
- Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts
- Prepare and respond to standard discovery requests
- Organize, process, and manage large volumes of case documents
- Utilize document review and management platforms (e.g., Relativity) efficiently
- Review and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and other case materials
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and provide in-trial support as needed
- Substantial experience as a commercial litigation paralegal
- Strong understanding of court procedures and litigation processes
- Proficiency with legal technology and document management tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
