Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide 6-week coverage in a mail order pharmacy setting. This contract position is based in Largo, MD, and supports a well-structured work schedule.
Location: Largo, MD
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- November 1 through December 14
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide patient counseling, ensuring clear communication of medication instructions and safety information
Qualifications:
- Licensed pharmacist in Maryland
- Experience in retail and mail order pharmacy settings is preferred
- Familiarity with Pioneer RX software is a plus
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as needed
This role offers a great chance to apply specialized pharmacy skills in a supportive mail order environment. The position is contract-based for 6 weeks and provides a consistent schedule from early November through mid-December.
