L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Government Compliance leader.Essential Functions:Manage, mentor, grow and develop a team of direct reportsOversee team operations, performance, and productivity to achieve organizational goalsKey responsibilities include hiring, training, fostering employee engagement, and adhering to company policiesLeverage analytical skills for problem solving and making informed decisionsOversee receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of contract owned equipment and materialsManage Government Property maintenance program and annual physical inventory effortsContribute to the preparation of asset management reports as needed, including data for contractual reports, physical inventory reports and results, lost equipment, self-assessment results, contract deliverables, and other related reportsManage all warehousing functions, including material/equipment storage and analysis, receiving, shipping, and transportation of material/equipmentInterface with internal/external customers, auditors, senior management, and other internal stakeholders for all Government Property Warehouse management activitiesParticipate in internal and external auditsIdentify and correct process deficiencies, proposing and implementing continuous improvement solutionsOperate Forklift, electric floor Jack, and Order Picker as required to meet logistics requirementsQualifications:· Bachelor's Degree with 6 years prior logistics and warehouse management experience, Graduate Degree with 4 years prior experience.
