Position Overview The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This individual will work closely with finance leadership and gain exposure to both operational and strategic aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys improving processes, and can balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of how accounting impacts business performance. Key Responsibilities Support a highly efficient 2-day month-end close process Prepare and review account reconciliations and bank reconciliations Manage and oversee general ledger activity Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirementsParticipate in reporting packages for domestic and international stakeholders Analyze financial results and investigate variances Assist with audits and compliance-related requests Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation as the company continues to scale Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures Experience with account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, AP, AR, and general ledger accounting Experience supporting reporting requirements for a larger or global organization is highly preferred NetSuite experience strongly preferred Experience with recurring revenue, subscription-based businesses, or SaaS environments is a plus Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Excellent communication skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to join a company where they can make an impact, develop professionally, and grow alongside the business. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mariden Search
