Family Dentistry of Lititz | Lititz, PA
Family Dentistry of Lititz is seeking a patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is a full-time replacement role with strong earning potential, mentorship in advanced procedures, and a clear path to future partnership .

- Highly trained clinical support team:

- 4 Hygienists
- 2 EFDAs (and growing)
- Dedicated front office team
- PPO patient base only (no Medicaid/HMO)
Schedule
- ~30 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Current hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Expanding to include Fridays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Compensation & Benefits
- 30% of collections
- 50% of lab fees
- PTO

Clinical Scope
You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, including:
- Restorative dentistry
- Removable prosthetics
- Cosmetic dentistry
- Clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign-type cases)
- Limited oral surgery
- Endodontics
- Periodontics
- Dental implant restoration
Mentorship is available for dentists looking to expand their skills in advanced procedures.
Who We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania
- Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates
- Passion for patient-centered care and long-term relationships
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
