Nuestros Lderes de Turno de Recepcin son el corazn del turno. Lideran con el corazn de un sirviente, aportan energa al equipo y crean un ambiente donde los invitados se sienten realmente atendidos. Este puesto es responsable de gestionar el turno y mantener las operaciones de recepcin fluidas, rpidas y enfocadas. Desde supervisar la gestin de efectivo y los descansos hasta asegurarse de que cada puesto est atendido, los Lderes de Turno mantienen todo fluyendo mientras ofrecen una experiencia excepcional a los huspedes. Trabajars estrechamente con nuestros directores para ejecutar objetivos diarios, mantener los estndares de Chick-fil-A y formar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo en tiempo real. No se trata solo de superar un turno, sino de marcar el tono, liderar con el ejemplo y mejorar a todo el equipo. Responsabilidades del lder de turno de FOH:
Liderar y ejecutar las operaciones de atencin al pblico, asegurando un turno fluido y exitoso
Marcar el tono adoptando una actitud positiva, profesionalidad y un sentido de urgencia
Ofrecer una experiencia excepcional al cliente mediante un servicio rpido, preciso y amable
Supervisar la gestin del efectivo y garantizar la responsabilidad de los registros
Coordinar los descansos entre los miembros del equipo y mantener una cobertura adecuada durante todo el turno
Garantizar que todos los puestos estn ocupados, apoyados y funcionen de forma eficiente
Identificar y resolver cuellos de botella para mantener el flujo de operaciones a un alto nivel
Contestar telfonos, ayudar a los huspedes y gestionar los pedidos de catering con precisin y cuidado
Cuidar y resolver las preocupaciones de los huspedes con profesionalidad y una mentalidad centrada en soluciones
Mantener en todo momento los estndares de seguridad alimentaria, limpieza y organizacin
