Account ManagerLocation: San Mateo, California Employment Type: Full TimeAs an Account manager, you'll develop long-term relationships with key customer accounts, ensuring they are getting value and deriving success from the Revvo platform. You'll be responsible for managing deep customer relationships, driving effective product adoption and advising on the company's roadmap to improve our products.What You DoEnsure that our product is meeting key customer requirementsDrive product adoption and ongoing usage of RevvoEngage with business champions to thoughtfully help them identify new opportunities leveraging our platformBecome an expert on the Revvo platform and integrations, while keeping up with industry trends in mobility, data, and analyticsAssist and support sales process, pipeline, and deployment of Revvo productsRequired SkillsStrategic focus on customer happiness and retentionUnderstand clients' business goals, anticipate future needs and identify solutionsProven capacity to develop relationships and optimize customer accountsAptitude for digesting and effectively communicating technical concepts across audiences of varying technical abilityResourceful – you might not have all the answers, but you know how to find themNice-to-Have SkillsExperience as an account manager, customer success manager or sales managerExperience understanding enterprise customer needs and translating them into achievable goalsPassionate about supporting and transforming customers' experiencePrior automotive or mobility industry experiencePlease reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io for more information
