Industrial Tire TechnicianColony Tire is currently seeking a full-time Industrial Tire Technician to join our team in Norfolk, VA! Full benefit package offered including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) + company match, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), paid holidays, vacation time, company paid life insurance, and short-term disability.Summary: This position involves operating industrial tire equipment in our shop and operating a forklift in our warehouse.Position Details:Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week + overtime as neededQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The environment may or may not be air conditioned/heated seasonally. Employees frequently work with dirty and greasy parts and in awkward positions. The employee must regularly lift a minimum of 75 pounds, frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
