Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual therapy, and group therapy for clients suffering from mental health disorders.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review personalized care plans, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and suitable for each client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support services.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support during critical times.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment adjustments in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Engage with family members and significant others to provide support and involve them in the treatment process.

• Identify safety risks and implement strategies to prevent unsafe situations for clients and staff.

• Act as a resource for clients and families, providing education and support on mental health issues and recovery-oriented practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The social worker will primarily focus on clients facing significant mental health challenges, including severe emotional disorders and addiction-related issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
