Bookkeeper

Location: Downtown Miami, FL (Hybrid – Remote Fridays) Compensation: $30–$31/hour Our client, a highly respected international law firm, is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their growing team. What You\'ll Do Process a high volume of international wire transfers with exceptional accuracy. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Desktop (transitioning to QuickBooks Enterprise). Upload and reconcile financial data within QuickBooks. Prepare and process check deposits. Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting operations. Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and confidentiality standards. Support the finance team with additional accounting projects as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise experience is a plus). Previous banking, financial services, or high-volume transaction experience is highly preferred. Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
