Job Full Description

Guest Services Support - 20/hr

Express Employment is hiring for a Guest Services Support in Sevierville, TN.

Responsibilities Include:

Manage and resolve customer concerns
Assist guests with check-in procedures ensuring that all required paperwork and payment
Arrange for services requested by the guest by working with other departments as appropriate.
Act as telephone operator as needed.
Promote services
Maintain accurate records
Additional clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

Guest Services experience required (2-3 years)
Comfortable with computer work
Exceptional Customer Service experience

Shift:

9 AM - 5 PM and 12 PM - 8 PM
Weekend availability required
