Dental Customer Service Representative: Energetic Person with Growth Potential

Founded in 1970 as South Philadelphia Health Action and subsequently incorporated as Greater Philadelphia Health Action, GPHA is a non-profit healthcare organization with a commitment to provide compassionate and affordable healthcare services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. GPHA is one of the largest Dental providers in Philadelphia and Tri-state area. We are presently seeking Dental Customer Service Representatives for Saturdays only .
Locations include:
- 432 N 6th St, Philadelphia, PA 19123
- 1401 S 31st St, Philadelphia, PA 19146
- 4500-10 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124
- 640 E Snyder Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19148
- 5501 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143
Qualified candidates are responsible for:
- Pleasantly greeting patients and their guests
- Answering the Telephone
- Registering Patients
- Scheduling Appointments
- Provide a smooth office and patient flow
- Facilitate productivity
- Congenial working environment
Qualified candidates must be ambitious, positive, talented, and friendly possessing the ability to multi-task. We are looking for individuals that want to grow and develop with the division. Traveling and rotating Saturdays are required.
Must be a high school graduate and preferably have at least one year of customer service experience. Dental front desk experience preferred. Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. CPR Certification required or can be provided. Must possess the ability to interact with people of diverse cultures and languages effectively to obtain necessary information.
