Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Foxborough, MA 02035 (Hybrid)

Compensation: Market value annual salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits

Scope of Position / Responsibilities:

Reporting to the AP Manager as part of a 2-person team:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Assist A/P Manager with day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Assist A/P Manager with weekly check-run
• Assist A/P Manager with month end vendor reconciliations
• Establish strong communication with vendors
• Enter and pay monthly entity rent payments timely
• Record capital expenditures in accordance with company capitalization policy
• Assist A/P Manager with month end recording of credit card activity and accumulate receipts from the respective cardholders
• Maintain Bill.com system
• Ensure invoice back-up is uploaded to each vendor for tracking purposes
• Clear all sync errors

Communication (strong communication skills are necessary for this role):

• Supporting CEO, COO, CFO, and Controller as needed
• Corporate office team
• Inter-departmental communication with the Operations Team
• Administration:
• Complete credit applications as needed
• Obtain Form W-9 as needed
• Assist with yearend 1099 preparation
• Acquisition Related Support:
• Maintain vendor accounts pre- and post-acquisition(s)
• Consolidate all vendor accounts where needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a requirement
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a multi-entity / franchise business
• Must have accounts payable experience on a consistent basis within the last 4 years of employment
• Preference for experience in a small, corporate office
