Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our leadership team. You will oversee complex tax compliance, drive planning strategies, and mentor staff. This role offers high visibility and direct partnership opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Provide high-level tax planning, consulting, and structuring for diverse clients.
• Manage, train, and mentor tax staff and managers to foster professional growth.
• Maintain and expand client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Oversee engagement economics, billing, and project workflows efficiently.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical research skills.

 

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 annually.
