Qualifications:

• Valid State of South Carolina teaching license REQUIRED
• Certification in Middle Level Science or Science—no exceptions
• Classroom experience as a general education teacher (science focus) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with middle school students and collaborating with colleagues

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging science instruction to middle school students in alignment with curriculum standards
• Plan and implement lessons that accommodate varied learning styles and abilities
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support growth
• Establish a safe, respectful classroom environment
