Hybrid FFA Case Coordinator - Homelessness Services

Heluna Health is recruiting for an MCW II (FFA Coordinator) to manage full-time referral processing for Flexible Financial Assistance for People Experiencing Homelessness (FFA for PEH) in Los Angeles. You will handle referrals, eligibility, documentation, and payments, coordinating with Brilliant Corners and partner agencies. The role works with HSH leadership and the Homelessness Prevention Unit, using HMIS and SalesForce to track outcomes, with potential hybrid work options and a focus on #J-18808-Ljbffr Heluna-Health
