What You'll Do

• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver exceptional neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Provide care to newborns and infants during both scheduled and on-call shifts
• Deliver treatment plans, participate in patient rounds, and monitor neonatal progress
• Support families through education and compassionate communication
• Assist with neonatal procedures and stabilize newborns in critical situations
• Contribute to a team-focused environment dedicated to high-quality outcomes

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Oklahoma
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Prior neonatal or PICU experience preferred

• Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Compassionate attitude with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts

About the Assignment This full-time, permanent position involves providing neonatal and newborn care across four Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metro area, including Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, and Edmond. You will work a flexible schedule of 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, with options for additional shifts at Lakeside. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered care, and a balanced work-life dynamic in a state-of-the-art facility.
