Remote Product Lead Submetering (m/f/d)

We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for further developing beyonnex's Enterprise-IoT-Suite and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. In addition, the following tasks will be part of your position:

• You have the overarching product responsibility (end to end) for the development of the submetering solution at beyonnex

• You are the Innovation driver of our submetering product based on your in-depth industry knowledge in the measurement service provider business in Germany

• You ensure and drive continuous discovery for the further development of the product and you derive important overarching initiatives for product development from this 

• You lead a team of business analysts to design and selectively support respective analysis and discovery initiatives

• You coordinate and harmonize the product goals derived from the company goals with the goals of the individual product teams (Flight Level 2)

• You coordinate your work within the Product team consisting of Products Leads, UX Lead and Head of Product regarding harmonized overall product development

• You are the main contact and sparring partner for the customer’s stakeholders for the submetering-product (measuring service provider)

We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:

• You already have several years of experience as a product lead, product manager or similar roles

• Your are an expert in the german submetering-industry and eager to build an innovative product 

• You worked in an agile environment 

• You have strong communication skills, and enjoy networking

• You speak german (C2) and english fluently (C1)

• Problem-solving mindset

• You are an experienced product person in building up a platform business/ solutions(optional) 

• You live in the north of Germany and are open to travelling to our head office in Hamburg from time to time
