Receptionist (Temporary)

RECEPTIONIST (Temporary) Our client a manufacturing/design organization in WNY is looking to add a temporary Receptionist to their team. This position is for approximately 8 weeks but has the potential to develop into something more.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the organization greeting guests as they enter the building
• Perform general clerical tasks
• Serve as the initial point of contact both in-person and over the phone answering general inquiries directly guests where to go and assisting in any way necessary
• Book conference rooms and lunch meetingsensure the space is set up properly and cleaned afterwards
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Create a welcoming positive and professional environment
• Work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Other duties as assigned/as necessary

Details:

• Position is full-time temporary
• 100% in-office; M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
  
• $25.00 / hour
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 years experience in a clerical setting
• Create a welcoming environment
• General computer skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Relocation not available
