Unit Clerk Job Responsibilities Include:
Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents, etc., as necessary.
Forward completed charts of discharged residents to medical records.
Keep nursing personnel informed of residents' appointments.
Maintain an up-to-date roster of residents for your assigned unit.
Thin resident records as needed and file forms in extended charts.
Qualifications:
• Computer knowledge with Word, Excel and Outlook
• High School Degree or Equivalent
