Scope of Position

Thishighly motivatedindividual, as part of theWQ warehouse,willbe responsible formanaging the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming freight and parcels to support manufacturing operations. Will ensure incoming materials meet quality and quantitystandards,processes material returns andperformsmaterial handling duties as assigned. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensuretimelyreceipt, storage, and internal delivery of materials.

This position reports toWQ Warehouse Manager. This role isonsiteand is based inFort Worth, Texas.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive materials for the following functions:

• Receiving/Storage/Put-Away:Ensure properlabeling, andstore them according to Stockroom guidelines.

• Freight: Manage the receipt of freight shipments, verifying quantities, quality, and handling discrepancies, trailer inspections, and safe unloading.

• Parcels: Oversee the receiving and inspection of parcel deliveries, ensuringtimelyandaccuratereceipt to achieve 24-hour turnaround time.

• Warehouse:Assistwith material handling tasks as needed to support otherwarehousefunctions, including stock organization, andassistwith material requisition pulling and materialissue.

• Cross-functional Collaboration with Quality Control/Quality Inspection: Work closely with the Quality Inspection team to ensure that incoming materials meet company standards before being processed.

• Collaboration with Purchasing/Sourcing Team: Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure that materials are verified against Purchase Orders/Packing List and that all discrepancies areimmediatelycommunicated for proper resolution.

• Customer Collaboration: Collaborate with Stockroom customers (Production, Shipping, Aftermarket Parts, and other departments) to ensuretimelyreceipt and handling of materials.

• Achieve 24-Hour Turnaround Goal: Ensure that materials are received, inspected, and put away within 24 hours of arrival to meet the company's turnaround time target.

• Forklift Operation:Operatea forklift to load and unload trucks and move materials.

• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned byStockroom Supervisoror Company management.

RequiredQualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehousing and manufacturing environments.

• High School diploma or applicable experience

• Ability to obtain Forklift certification (stand-up forklift operationrequired).

• Strong communicationskills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (Quality Control,Purchasing, Production, etc.).

• Basic math skills and computer skills to perform computer related functions and ERP transactions.

• Ability to read, write and understand English.

• Understanding ofand adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.

• Must successfullyestablishemployment eligibility and satisfactorily complete backgroundchecks andrequiredpre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions:

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You willbe requiredto work at the Company'sFort Worthlocation inFort Worth, Texas. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

Physical Requirements :Specific physical abilitiesrequiredfor this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time.

• Ability to lift and carry up to25pounds.

• Ability to push and pull up to70 pounds.

• Ability to physically move aroundthe manufacturingfloor.

• Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
