Senior Technical Lead

Providing technical and product leadership for complex federal healthcare systems, the full-time Senior Technical Lead will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while guiding the design and implementation of scalable software solutions in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and federal healthcare requirements Serve as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders, leading solution discussions and gathering requirements Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical options and recommend scalable solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role Demonstrated experience defining product vision and managing product roadmaps Experience with microservices architecture and modern full-stack development technologies, including JavaScript and REST APIs Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, with experience leading backlog refinement and sprint planning
