Staff Accountant
$35 per hourTemporary
Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Staff Accountant with prior banking experience. The candidate is able to work either in Irvine or Los Angeles. This position is hybrid. Responsibilities: Daily:
- Process approved accounts payable
- Reconcile PCBB and Fed
- Gather daily invoices received via email/mail and code for approval
- Prepare/input journal entries
- GL monthly certifications
- Prepare/input journal entries for payroll and accruals
- Payroll backup (Paycom)
- A minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience
- Fiserv/Prologue preferred, but not required
- Good general banking experience highly recommended
