Customer Relations Associate

Rymax is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey.

This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service, accurate order management, and seamless program execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, web-based platforms, and chat.
• Manage customer orders and inventory transactions within Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Process returns, claims, warranty requests, and related customer service issues.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute internal and client-facing reports for sales teams and customers.
• Track and manage key client performance metrics, including backorder levels, shipment performance, cancellation rates, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Account Support, or a related office environment strongly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
