HR Generalist: Onboarding, Compliance & HRIS Lead

Carevet is seeking an HR Generalist to manage diverse HR administration, onboarding, background checks, and compliance across multiple locations. This role partners with HRBPs to maintain a scalable, compliant footprint in a fast-growing environment. You will own onboarding, process E-Verify/I-9, manage HRIS data, and support site integrations while maintaining timely communications with leaders and new hires.
