Senior Employment Litigation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a senior employment litigation associate in Woodland Hills, California. The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience managing employment litigation matters independently, from inception through resolution. Duties Manage employment litigation cases from start to finish. Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings. Draft and argue both dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Take and defend depositions. Appear at hearings and lead or participate in mediations. Communicate directly with clients and manage case strategy. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys. Collaborate with litigation teams. Requirements Experience in labor and employment law, including wage-and-hour claims, discrimination, harassment, class actions, and PAGA cases. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and analytical skills. Sound judgment and ability to manage multiple projects. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Admitted to practice in California. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
