Maintenance Technician. Part Time (24 hours per week). Osage Beach Center for Behavioral Health.

Osage Beach for Behavioral Medicine is a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility. Our center provides acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults in crisis due to severe behavioral health and/or substance use disorder symptoms. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance throughout the health facility while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and health standards. Reports to Director of Quality and Safety. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the building, equipment, and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Perform repairs or troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, PTAC’s, and mechanical systems within the scope of training and qualifications. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous maintenance experience required; healthcare experience preferred. Basic knowledge of general building maintenance. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
