Sr Project ManagerExtensive experience in managing projects in the following domain areas:Network Infrastructure – Build, Upgrade, DecommissionTLM Projects – Upgrade and Migration of Application/server migration from On-Prem to CloudData Center site build/decommissionManages capital projects (0.5M to 5 Million) with high and medium complexity at one or more sites.Creates Project Definition, schedule, budget, Resource Plan, and Project Management Plan.Performs project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule, within budget, on-scope, and first time right.Presents weekly status reports.Holds project team meetings, engages and manages team members from multiple organizations, vendors, and subcontractors, obtains vendor/subcontractor quotes, engages vendors/subcontractors, and releases project team resources.Analyzes actual dollars spent on planned dollars.Evaluates actual hours performed to planned hours and deliverables to the quality expectations.Exercises change process against the project objective, updates project deliverables, and obtains acceptance from identified project stakeholders.Holds project and acceptance reviews.Ensures issues are resolved.Tracks and manages project risks.Follows PMO compliance procedures, SDLC compliance documentation.
