Front Desk Safety Coordinator Onsite

Job Description We are seeking a Front Desk Safety Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will greet visitors and walk them through registration, make sure the reception area remains safe and compliant, and provide support to associates during emergencies. The position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, along with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage a variety of administrative and safety‑related responsibilities, including CCTV monitoring. The ideal candidate is trained in CPR and first aid, and excels at balancing multiple priorities to ensure visitors, customers and Lakeshore receive the support they need. A day on the job looks like this: Greeting, registering and directing visitors throughout Lakeshore HQ while providing exceptional customer service to visitors, associates and vendors Maintaining a safe, clean and professional reception area by adhering to established procedures, policies and safety regulations Reviewing and implementing emergency response and preparedness procedures, including responding to burglary and fire alarm systems Monitoring and reporting incidents identified through ThinkLP, Verizon Connect GPS and CCTV systems Providing safety, communication and emergency support for Kids & Co., Lakeshore's onsite child care center, helping ensure a secure and responsive environment for children and staff Assisting with administrative projects assigned by your team and departments across the organization Qualifications Qualifications Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for: High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license

1. 2 years of experience in the field (2+ years preferred)
2. years of experience in a similar position (5+ years preferred)

CPR certification required OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Must be proficient in English (bilingual in English and Spanish preferred) Proficiency with CCTV, Microsoft Office, Canva and Level Path Strong attention to detail Ability to understand contract language Experience with social media posting and content for writing/editing Additional Information And here's our end of the bargain! At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $18-$23 depending on relevant experience & skillset. This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
