Regional Sales Manager — Central Florida Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture | Orlando, FL (with regional travel across Central Florida) Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Co-CEO Compensation: Base Salary + Commission and Team Incentives, (140K-175K OTE) Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales experience; prior sales leadership or team-building experience required About Sunbrite Sunbrite Outdoor Furniture designs and supplies commercial-grade outdoor furniture for hospitality, multifamily, and community properties throughout Florida. We partner directly with owners, developers, property managers, and design professionals to furnish spaces that make a lasting impression. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager ready to close business from day one — and build a team behind it. About the Role This is a hybrid player-coach position. In the near term, you'll own and close an active pipeline of inbound leads across Multi-Family, Resorts/Hotels, and HOA communities. As the Central Florida territory scales, you'll transition into building and leading a team of sales reps across the region. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for someone who wants to sell first and manage second — not inherit a team, but build one.
