Seeking a Sr Account Manger opportunity in Cleveland, OH.

In-office when not traveling.

Role:

This role brings together strategic account growth, executive relationship building, and mentorship. You’ll work across customer locations, connect with decision-makers from the plant floor to the C-suite, and turn customer needs into awarded business.

What you’ll do:

• Develop account strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and new program wins.
\n
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and technical stakeholders.
\n
• Expand business across customer locations and divisions.• Coach and mentor junior account managers.
\n
• Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to deliver competitive manufacturing solutions.

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers.
\n
• A track record of growing complex accounts and winning new business.
\n
• The executive presence to build credibility with senior decision-makers.
\n
• Technical aptitude and the ability to connect manufacturing capabilities to customer needs.
\n
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
\n
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
