Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 Pay Range: $110k - $130k + bonus Summary Connect Search is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Milwaukee. Responsibilities Coordinate staffing activities across the HR Team including recruitment, selection, interviewing, and hiring for all positions. Develop personnel policies and procedures that comply with State and Federal laws. Keep up to date on government regulations affecting company policies and human resource practices. Develop Talent Development programs for each functional area. Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness of various HR programs and activities, including the cost of turnover. Maintain necessary personnel documentation for employee files to include wages, overtime, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc. Ensure that company compensation program is competitive in the marketplace. Develop employee training programs and records. Work with managers to develop current talent for future needs and career progression. Maintain records, reports, and logs to conform to Federal Equal Employment Opportunity regulations. Direct activities designed to promote and maintain a high level of employee retention. Work in partnership with the environmental, health and safety efforts to remain in compliance with OSHA, EPA, State and local regulations and provide a safe working environment for employees.
