Remote LPC Opportunity in Virginia Full-Time

Location: Virginia
Setting: Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual counseling to adults across Virginia. You'll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes while maintaining a consistent outpatient caseload.

In This Role, You Will

Conduct individual therapy sessions by secure video
Help clients identify goals and work through emotional or behavioral concerns
Use appropriate counseling approaches based on each client's needs
Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
Recognize safety concerns and make referrals when additional care is needed
Coordinate with other providers when appropriate

Requirements

Active Virginia LPC license
Master's degree in counseling or a related qualifying field
Previous clinical counseling experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable providing care in a remote setting
