THE PITCH

Olaplex had its decade. K18 had its moment. Uberliss is the brand positioned where color meets repair — and behind every sharp brand position is someone who made sure the samples shipped, the booth kit made the truck, and the email actually went out on time. That's you. The Brand Manager takes the position; you make it physically true in the world.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

- Own the marketing calendar like it owes you money. Launches, pro-shows, email sends, creator drops — sequenced, dated, backward-planned, no surprises.

- Run booth logistics for Premiere Orlando, Cosmoprof, and friends: shipping windows (Melrose Park ships Mon–Thu — learn this in week one or learn it the hard way), deal-sheets printed, Platinum bundles packed, badge lists clean.

- Coordinate stylist and colorist creator seeding — the right SKUs, to the right chairs, tracked from "shipped" to "posted." No mystery boxes into the void.

- Stage emails, PDP updates, and social assets for review. Note: STAGE. Nothing goes live without a green light. We have a whole system about this.

- Keep the swipe file: competitor launches, Olaplex's latest claim, K18's newest campaign, what Pulp Riot did at the show. You're the eyes; the Brand Manager is the trigger finger.

- Check inventory before you promote anything. Ever. If the hero SKU is out of stock, the campaign waits. Inventory before marketing before relaunch — it's the house religion and you're an altar server.

- Never, ever suggest listing on TikTok Shop. When a video goes viral, your instinct should be "how do we turn this into behind-the-chair education," not "post the link."

YOU'RE PERFECT IF

- You're the person whose spreadsheets other people ask to copy.

- You know the difference between the stylist (our customer) and the client (the stylist's customer) — or you're eager to learn it fast.

- Deadlines calm you down instead of stressing you out.

- You can chase five people for assets without making a single enemy.

- You'd rather flag a problem early and be wrong than sit on it and be right.

- "I'll just post it and see what happens."

- You think detail work is beneath you. This job IS the details, weaponized.

- You promise dates you haven't checked against the ship window.
