Responsibilities Responsible for working closely with Manufacturing, module engineers, and technicians to improve overall area/tool performance and meet quality and manufacturing goals. Support fab tool availability. Enhance in-house repair quality and capability (focusing on electronic equipment). Improve fab cost savings. Build new in-house repair skills, including developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of experience in a related position, or Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering and two (2) years of experience in a related position. Must have senior level equipment engineering experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Experience must have included parts and repair management. Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable. Personal Attributes Teamwork skills across diverse and remote teams. Work Location & Schedule On-site at 5509 NW Parker St., Camas, WA 98607, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required. Eligibility Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis). Compensation and Benefits Principal Level: $156,000 - $172,895 per year. This position is also eligible for a Sign-On Bonus depending on various factors. This position is also eligible for a Relocation Bonus depending on various factors.
