Equipment issued varies based off job function. Responsibilities The Billing & Coding Support Associate is responsible for entering payments within and EMR system and generating invoices to be sent to the patient. Reconciles cash batches from Reception and Dispensary departments. Collect, post, and manage patient account payments. Review delinquent accounts and contact patients for collection purposes. Answer questions regarding account balances. Requirements Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer.
