Strategic Federal Account Executive - DoD/IC
HireNow Staffing, Inc.
HireNow Staffing is seeking a seasoned Federal Account Executive to lead federal sales with a focus on DoD and Intelligence Community opportunities. The role requires building and managing a robust pipeline without SDR support, engaging with acquisition offices, defense primes, and partners.
Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in federal technology sales, a strong grasp of FAR/DFARS/OTA/SBIR, and the ability to translate complex AI and cybersecurity offerings into mission outcomes.
